Refund & Returns Policy

At Usanza Coffee, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of our products (coffee and consumables), all sales are generally considered final.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at usanzacoffee@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

We will evaluate the case and may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (at our discretion)

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

4. Non-Delivered Orders

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Refunds
